Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held on September 3rd at 7:00 pm at the Blandford Town Hall, 1 Russell Stage Road, for all parties interested in the application by Robin Parker. The application is for a special permit to operate a commercial kitchen at 109 Otis Stage Road, Blandford.
The special permit is required under section 4.3.1.4 of the Blandford Zoning By-laws. The By-Law states in part that a special permit may be granted…” for uses which are not specifically prohibited or already require a special permit from another board…”. The property at 109 Otis Stage Road contains 7.2 acres of land and can be found on the assessors map parcel number 110-0-26.
Due to the current pandemic caused by COVID-19, there has been a suspension of certain provisions of the open meeting law G.L.C. 30A 18, as well as a limitation on the size of gatherings placed into effect by the Governor on March 15th, 2020.
