The Town of Blandford (“Town” hereafter) is seeking a consultant who is experienced, competent, and learned in public sector financial matters, and well qualified to advise and assist the Town in discharging Treasurer, Collector and Treasurer’s Clerk services. A more detailed RFP is available at the Town Offices, 1 Russell Stage Road, Blandford, MA 01008. The Select Board will be the awarding and contracting authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
